Tashkent, Uzbekistan – A jewellery shop housed in a historic bell tower takes its design cues from the treasures it sells. Designed by Ippolito Fleitz Group, the interior of the store within the Uzbekistan International Forums Palace is as ornamental as the products on offer.
The interior features dark walls overlaid with laser-cut decoration, dramatic lighting and tinted mirrors that elongate the space. Retaining the original windows of the bell tower helps the space meld the old with the new, and heralds the Eastern Arrival in interior design.
