Mixing materials such as wool and leather, often in the same piece, the Seoul-based designer’s winter 2010 line removed male conservatism and introduced a new androgyny to Paris fashion week – one marked by asymmetrical cuts and soft fabrics.
In addition to altering the traditional male aesthetic, Juun J. added a utilitarian sentiment with cargo pockets, and zippers to create multilayered coats and jackets.
