Framed: Kitchen puts tools in their place

Dortmund, Germany – A free-standing kitchen unit cooks up the future of microliving. Dedicated to the culinary practice of mise en place – arranging all the tools needed for the job, – the Magdalena Gravity kitchen by German designer Burkhard Schäller consists of three bent-wire modules that put plates, pots, pans and utensils in their place.

The flexible, Super-minimalist design, which can be assembled and taken apart in minutes, is ideal for compact urban spaces and increasingly mobile lifestyles.
