Paris, Herzogenaurach, London – As fashion is a lifestyle sector of choice, I am always keen to feature designers on the LS:N Global network who I feel constantly strive to deviate from the norm. One brand has taken the notion of performance-wear to a new level. Another exciting new company has turned the convention of seasonal sales on its head and a designer’s new collection formed part of an aural digital cacophony at London fashion week.

Uniqueness showed its first collection at Paris fashion week in October, with garments being available to buy instantly. We call this idea Now Commerce, and expect to see more fashion brands following suit.

This year Adidas also launched its Adizero f50 football boot, which contains technology that can record detailed information about aspects of the game and the performance of the wearer.

Finally, Christopher Raeburn’s spring/summer 2012 installation featured garments as sound conductors to create an interactive way of introducing people to his new designs.
