London – A private dining space in the East End offers foodists a bespoke eating experience every Friday and Saturday night. The Loft Kitchen, run by chef Nuno Mendes in a live and work space, welcomes up to 16 guests at a time to the communal table to bask in the shared experience for the evening.
The private atmosphere also enables Mendes the opportunity to experiment with his culinary ideas, offering guests the chance to taste new creations as they are prepared for the first time. Mendes is using the weekly supper club as a test kitchen for his new restaurant, which is scheduled to open early next year. The Loft Kitchen is available during the rest of the week for cooking classes.
