Consumer Attitudes Audit
The flat screen TV reigns supreme as the technology UK householders believe they need to live comfortably, according to our latest Consumer Attitudes Audit of 1,000 UK households, conducted by Future:Poll.
However, reverting to more traditional technology, 21% say that the landline is the most important technology they need to live comfortably. A laptop and broadband are considered the most important by 18% and 16% of respondents respectively, with, surprisingly, a mobile phone deemed most important by only 15% of respondents and (like landlines) increasing in importance with age.
