Berlin – When you ask for the cocktail menu at Fragrances, the new bar inside the Ritz-Carlton, you will not receive a typical list of libations. Instead, you will be guided to a visual menu – a selection of perfume bottles to smell – and it is the scent you choose that determines the cocktail you drink.
