London – LS:N Global is thrilled to bring you a sneak peek of our Autumn/Winter 2015 Trend Briefing in our new film series, Beyond Borders.

Created by the team at The Future Laboratory with help from animation studio Knights Like These and sound designer Stephen Scott, Beyond Borders offers a teaser of what guests can expect at our flagship biannual event.

‘The event is being held at The Barbican, an iconic symbol of Brutalist architecture, which we thought had a nice link to the idea of transcending borders with its complex network of paths and walkways that allow pedestrians to move through the gigantic estate in unexpected ways,’ says The Future Laboratory’s Joanna Tulej, who was art director on the project. ‘We developed the concept into an animation in which the 2D shapes at the beginning of the campaign come to life in a surreal, stylised landscape.’
