San Francisco – Levi’s has been exploring key trends identified by LS:N Global since our presentation on Brandtocracies last autumn, through its new workshops.
As part of a series of ‘places for creation, inspiration, and collaboration’, the first Levi’s workshop is in a community print shop near the company’s original workshop in San Francisco, open this July and August. Offering a break from our increasingly digital world, the workshop gives customers, collaborators and the community a chance to get their hands dirty by working on letterpress machinery, typesetting and screenprinting designs.
Each Levi’s workshop will run for a limited time and will focus on a specific craft. The next one, on photography, will be in New York.
