Berlin – Denim brand Levi’s has opened its first European print workshop to mark the global launch of its Go Forth campaign.
The Levi’s Print Workshop opened on 7 July in the city’s former mint Alte Münze. It provides free screen-printing equipment and supplies, as well as hosting a series of events and activities. As in previous workshops in San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles, participants in Berlin will engage in the creative process, making their own hand-printed t-shirts, postcards and digital artwork.
To launch the project, artist Vhils was commissioned to create a series of street murals to capture some of Berlin’s most inspiring pioneers who the brand believe embody the Go Forth spirit.
