Stockholm – Swedish vodka brand, Karlsson’s Gold is taking a new approach to making the spirit by distilling the drink once in an unfiltered process that preserves the natural taste of the potatoes.
The vodka celebrates the raw materials that go into its production by using seven varieties of virgin potatoes that are farmed in Cape Bjäre in the south of Sweden.
This is a great reflection on how consumers are taking more interest in the provenance of drinks. For more insights on the beverages market, read our Drinks Futures report.
