San Francisco – A start-up called Zite has launched a news app that learns your interests and enables you to edit your own iPad publication.
The app works by using information from your Twitter account to learn your interests and select relevant stories from online publications. You choose from a list of sections to create the layout of your publication. The app continues to learn as you read and rate stories, and directs relevant articles to you.
In the Future Media Landscape content providers are realising the importance of personalising news and creating a channel for each person.
