New York – Denim brand Levi’s and clothing retailer Urban Outfitters have launched a free touring bicycle maintenance shop in the US in a project called Get in the Saddle.
The project will visit several US cities, where it will enlist the help of the best bike mechanics from the local area to provide tips and bicycle tune-ups, and to hand out free accessories including bells, water bottles and reflective patches.
The shops will also feature a tailor who customises cycling clothes by adding reflective strips, and repairs biking apparel and accessories.
LS:N Global recently reported on Levi’s Commuter cycling jeans, and this is another great way to appeal to the cycling community.
