London – The next phase in beauty and wellness is dependent on personalisation, alchemy and science, according to the co-founder of ETHOS, Jennifer Hersch.
- ETHOS studios have created a new fitness hybrid experience incorporating yoga, fitness and science
- Tailored workouts are available through the use of genetic analysis and DNA profiling
ETHOS has introduced a new workout experience that aims to replace the overused ‘mind, body and soul’ mantra with a more exact, scientific approach to health and wellbeing. It aims to combine fitness and science by employing techniques such as DNA profiling to educate people on their genetic predisposition to certain types of exercise and nutrition, and the likelihood of injury.
‘In beauty these days, the illusion is broken. People want a real component to it,’ explains Jennifer Hersch, co-founder of ETHOS. ‘For us, science becomes the black and white of it.’
