Amsterdam – A new denim collection is saying goodbye to stitches. Instead of opting for a needle and thread, the new Gluejeans line uses an ultra-strong glue to fix its seams.
Launched by Dutch design collective Droog, the handmade Juxtapose collection will include jeans, jackets and coats for both women and men. The glue, which comes in red and black, creates distinctive, colourful patterns along seams.
We have already highlighted the rise of the super synthetic and Gluejeans epitomises the trend.
