London – At our Polarity Paradox Preview Network Evening, held at The Future Laboratory HQ last week, LS:N Global reporter Rowland Manthorpe spoke to Kate Percival, co-founder of Grace Belgravia, about how health and wellness is spurring on the Flat Age Society.

Grace Belgravia is the UK’s first health, wellbeing and lifestyle club for women. Percival is loathe to call it a spa because, although it has one, Grace is a much more holistic experience, offering services for the mind, body and soul.

‘We discovered that there were a lot of 50-year-old women whose children had left home and who were feeling lost, and that was the genesis of Grace,’ said Percival. ‘If you’re going to live to 110, you want to live as well as you possibly can – you want to want to preserve your health and wellbeing.’
