Milan – Belgian fashion brand Maison Martin Margiela has lent its design talents to fashion boutique 10 Corso Como.

‘The Maison in a Room’ installation can be found on the first floor of the fashion emporium’s store, where Margiela has transformed everything, including the furniture, to reflect his signature black-and-white aesthetic. A trompe l’oeil creates the impression of three-dimensional forms in the walls.

Having already taken to furniture with the launch of its first chairs earlier this month at Milan Design Week, Maison Martin Margiela is keeping its design ideas in the home.

Non-fashion lines will be on display at 10 Corso Como including Margiela’s complete collection of home objects and a hand-knitted wool and silk rug created in collaboration with Chevalier édition.

‘The Maison in a Room’ will be open until May 30th.
