London – In celebration of Hunter’s connection with music festivals, photographer and film-maker Elaine Constantine and digital artist Will Sweeney have created a vibrant campaign film to promote the brand’s spring/summer 2016 collection.
- The campaign film takes us behind the scenes of the ultimate headliner performance
- Collection consists of footwear, outerwear and accessories
Following Hunter’s recent decision to step away from the traditional fashion calendar after only four seasons, the brand has changed its marketing direction to explore its emotional connection with festivals. To mark this shift it created a campaign film that follows a young band on their journey through a surreal digitised festival setting, from energetic backstage preparations to the sense of euphoria that ripples through the crowds once they are on stage.
Vivid flashes of colour and captivating animations created by renowned digital illustrator Will Sweeney were layered over the models, who wore new footwear, outerwear and accessories from the Hunter Original spring/summer 2016 collection.
The Big Picture
Tapping into Gen Viz, Hunter is one of many brands adopting a vibrant digital aesthetic to speak to a younger, festival-going audience.
