London – Google has opened a 24-hour exhibition in the London Science Museum.
The Google Chrome Web Lab is an interactive show consisting of five physical installations that can be experienced by visitors as well as internet users.
Installations on show include Universal Orchestra, in which Google Chrome users can make music with other people from around the world, a Data Tracer, which shows where online images are stored, and Sketchbots, a project in which mechanical arms draw the user’s face in a bed of sand.
This exhibition is a great way to bridge the gap between online and physical experiences while promoting Google Chrome’s capabilities. The Universal Orchestra installation is another example of a Digi-Tactile experience. Find out what this means in our microtrend report.
