Paris – Renowned bespoke perfumer Francis Kurkdjian has launched a range of off-the-shelf fragrances. With its playful take on luxury, Maison Francis Kurkdjian takes a refreshing approach to scents: the range includes a fabric conditioner and a perfume for children that comes in the form of bubbles blown through a bubble wand.
These imaginative products make up a collection that also includes a scent-infused leather bracelet; candles and incense sticks, conveniently packaged with matches; and, of course, a number of fragrances.
It’s a forward-looking type of luxury, with Kurkdjian dreaming up unpretentious and approachable innovations in an industry often stuck in tradition. As Kurkdjian himself says, ‘Luxury is not about price, it’s about dreaming.’
